شروط الاستخدام

يساعدك فاتورتي على إدخال بيانات الفواتير وقراءة صورها ومراجعتها، ومتابعة الضمانات بتذكيرات محلية على جهازك، وإعداد مسودات بلاغات محلية تشاركها بنفسك. استخدم فقط البيانات والصور التي يحق لك استخدامها، وتجنّب إدخال معلومات شخصية لا تحتاجها هذه المهام.

قد يخطئ التعرّف على النص في الصور (OCR) أو يفوّت بعض البيانات. راجع الصورة الأصلية واسم المورّد ورقم الفاتورة والتاريخ والمبالغ والضرائب والعملة قبل الاعتماد على النتيجة. المسح لا يثبت حالة الدفع ولا يُعد تحويل عملة.

فحص اكتمال البيانات يصف ما أمكن قراءته من الصورة؛ لا يثبت مخالفة أو احتيالاً، ولا يصادق على صحة الفاتورة أو امتثالها القانوني. احتفظ بالأصل وراجعه عند أي اختلاف.

البلاغ هنا مسودة محفوظة محلياً، وليس شكوى رسمية ولا إرسالاً أو تسليماً إلى المورّد أو أي جهة رسمية. إنشاء المسودة أو ظهور حالة لها لا يثبت استلامها أو مراجعتها، ولا يضمن معالجة أو استرداداً. تقديم شكوى رسمية يتطلب استخدام القناة المعتمدة لدى الجهة المعنية بصورة منفصلة.

احتفظ بالفواتير الأصلية خارج فاتورتي، ولا تعتمد عليه كأرشيف وحيد. عرض بيانات الفاتورة أو ظهور مؤشر للحفظ لا يضمن الاحتفاظ الدائم أو النسخ الاحتياطي أو إمكانية الاستعادة.

سياسة الخصوصية

تشمل البيانات التي تدخلها أو تختارها تفاصيل الفاتورة وصورتها والنص المستخرج منها. تُعالج الصور محلياً باستخدام OCR على أجهزة iOS المدعومة؛ مسار قراءة الفاتورة لا يرفع الصورة إلى خدمة OCR سحابية. هذا وصف لمسار المسح، وليس وعداً بأن التطبيق كله يعمل بلا اتصال.

تتعامل مسارات الفواتير محلياً مع بيانات الفاتورة ونتائج المسح ومراجع الصور. تُحفظ مسودات البلاغات، ومنها الوصف والسبب ومراجع الفاتورة أو المورّد، في تخزين التطبيق المحلي، وكذلك سجل تذكيرات الضمان. قد تبقى الصور المعالَجة والشعارات المستخرجة كملفات مؤقتة محلية؛ إغلاق التطبيق لا يعني محواً فورياً لهذه الملفات، ولا يوجد هنا وعد بنسخ احتياطي سحابي أو مزامنة للفواتير.

عند فتح الخريطة التفاعلية، تُحمّل موارد من خدمات خارجية، منها OpenFreeMap وunpkg لتشغيل MapLibre. تتطلب هذه الطلبات اتصالاً وقد تكشف للمزوّد عنوان IP ومعلومات الطلب والمنطقة المعروضة على الخريطة؛ معاينة الخريطة الزخرفية في الرئيسية ليست الخريطة التفاعلية.

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أدوات لتسجيل الأخطاء أو قياس الأداء أو تحليلات الاستخدام. الاتصالات الخارجية محدودة بتحميل الخريطة التفاعلية، وبفحص تحديثات التطبيق من خدمة التحديثات (Expo) عند تشغيله، وهو طلب يكشف للمزوّد عنوان IP وإصدار التطبيق. لذلك لا نقول إن جميع البيانات تبقى على الجهاز.

لا يتضمن التطبيق أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع أو إعلانات، ولا مشتريات داخل التطبيق، ولا حسابات ولا خادم إشعارات. تذكيرات الضمان إشعارات محلية يجدولها نظام جهازك نفسه ولا تمر بأي خادم. الخدمات الخارجية الوحيدة هي مزوّد الخرائط وخدمة تحديثات التطبيق. صورة الفاتورة لا تُرسل إلى أي خدمة خارجية، والبلاغ لا يُرسل من التطبيق؛ مشاركته تتم عبر نافذة المشاركة في النظام إلى الوجهة التي تختارها أنت.

الكاميرا اختيارية لالتقاط الفاتورة أو قراءة QR، واختيار صورة يتم عبر واجهة النظام. إذن الإشعارات اختياري ويُطلب فقط بعد حفظ أول فاتورة فيها ضمان أو عند تشغيل «تذكيرات الضمان» في الإعدادات، ويُستخدم لتذكيرات محلية فقط؛ لا يُسجَّل أي رمز للجهاز لدى أي خادم. يمكنك رفض الأذونات أو تعديل المتاح منها في إعدادات النظام؛ هذه الأذونات ليست شرطاً للإدخال اليدوي.

بياناتك وخياراتك

يمكنك حذف مسودة البلاغ من قائمة البلاغات المحلية. حذف المسودة لا يحذف الفاتورة الأصلية أو الصور المؤقتة، ولا يعني حذف سجلات لدى خدمات خارجية.

إيقاف «تذكيرات الضمان» من الإعدادات يلغي كل التذكيرات المجدولة على جهازك، ويمكنك أيضاً إيقاف إشعارات فاتورتي من إعدادات النظام.

عند الضغط على نسخ رقم الفاتورة، يوضع الرقم في حافظة النظام. تعامل مع الحافظة وأي مشاركة لاحقة وفق إعدادات جهازك والتطبيق الذي تختاره.

احتفظ بنسخة مستقلة من مستنداتك المهمة، وقلّل البيانات الحساسة في الصور والأوصاف. قد يؤدي مسح بيانات التطبيق أو إزالته إلى فقدان السجلات المحلية؛ لا تعتمد على إمكانية استعادتها.

Terms of Use

Fatoorati helps you enter invoice details, read and review invoice images, follow warranties with local reminders on your device, and prepare local report drafts that you share yourself. Use only data and images you have the right to use, and avoid entering personal information that these tasks do not need.

Optical character recognition (OCR) can make mistakes or miss data. Review the original image, supplier, invoice number, date, amounts, taxes and currency before relying on the result. A scan does not prove payment status and is not a currency conversion.

Completeness checks describe what could be read from the image; they do not establish a violation or fraud, or certify an invoice as authentic or legally compliant. Keep the original and check it whenever details differ.

A report here is a locally saved draft, not an official complaint and not transmission or delivery to a supplier or any authority. Creating a draft or seeing a status does not prove receipt or review, or guarantee action or a refund. Filing an official complaint requires separately using the relevant authority’s designated channel.

Keep original invoices outside Fatoorati, and do not rely on it as your only archive. Displaying invoice details or a save indicator does not guarantee permanent retention, backup or recovery.

Privacy Policy

Data you enter or select includes invoice details, its image and the extracted text. Images are processed locally using OCR on supported iOS devices; the invoice-reading flow does not upload the image to a cloud OCR service. This describes scanning, not a promise that the entire app works without a connection.

Invoice flows handle invoice details, scan results and image references locally. Report drafts, including the description, reason and invoice or supplier references, are saved in local app storage, as is the warranty-reminder log. Processed images and extracted logos may remain as local temporary files; closing the app does not mean these files are immediately erased, and no cloud backup or invoice synchronization is promised here.

Opening the interactive map loads resources from external services, including OpenFreeMap and unpkg for MapLibre. These requests require a connection and may expose your IP address, request information and the displayed map area to the provider. The decorative home map preview is not the interactive map.

The app contains no error reporting, performance monitoring or usage analytics. External connections are limited to loading the interactive map and, when the app starts, checking the update service (Expo) for app updates, a request that exposes your IP address and app version to that provider. We therefore do not claim that all data stays on the device.

The app includes no analytics, tracking or advertising, no in-app purchases, no accounts and no notification server. Warranty reminders are local notifications scheduled by your device's own system and never pass through a server. The only external services are the map provider and the app update service. Invoice images are not sent to any external service, and reports are not sent by the app; sharing one goes through the system share sheet to the destination you choose.

Camera access is optional for taking an invoice photo or reading a QR code; image selection uses the system picker. Notification permission is optional and is requested only after you save your first invoice with a warranty or turn on «Warranty reminders» in Settings; it is used for local reminders only, and no device token is registered with any server. You can decline permissions or change those available in system settings; these permissions are not required for manual entry.

Your Data and Choices

You can delete a report draft from the local reports list. Deleting the draft does not delete the original invoice or temporary images, and does not mean that records held by external services are deleted.

Turning off «Warranty reminders» in Settings cancels every reminder scheduled on your device; you can also turn off Fatoorati notifications in system settings.

When you tap to copy an invoice number, the number is placed on the system clipboard. Handle the clipboard and any later sharing according to your device settings and the app you choose.

Keep an independent copy of important documents and minimize sensitive data in images and descriptions. Clearing app data or removing the app may lose local records; do not rely on being able to recover them.
