فاتورتي تطبيق آيفون يحفظ فواتير مشترياتك على جهازك: تصوّر الفاتورة أو تقرأ رمز QR أو تدخلها يدوياً، وتتابع الضمانات بتذكيرات محلية، وتجهّز مسودة بلاغ عن مشكلة في فاتورة أو متجر تشاركها بنفسك. بدون حساب وبدون تسجيل دخول.

الإبلاغ عن مشكلة في التطبيق
• اكتب في رسالتك: طراز الآيفون وإصدار iOS وإصدار فاتورتي (الإعدادات ← الإصدار).
• اشرح الخطوات التي سببت المشكلة وما توقعت يصير، وأرفق لقطة شاشة إذا أمكن.
• لا ترسل صور فواتير فيها بيانات شخصية لا نحتاجها.
مسودات البلاغ داخل التطبيق
«الإبلاغ عن مشكلة» في صفحة الفاتورة يجهّز مسودة على جهازك فقط. التطبيق لا يرسلها لأي متجر أو جهة؛ شاركها بنفسك من «بلاغاتي».
Fatoorati support
Fatoorati is an iPhone app that keeps your purchase invoices on your device: photograph an invoice, read its QR code or enter it by hand, follow warranties with local reminders, and prepare a report draft about an invoice or shop problem that you share yourself. No account and no sign-in.

Reporting a problem with the app
• Include your iPhone model, iOS version and the Fatoorati version (Settings → Version).
• Describe the steps that caused the problem and what you expected, and attach a screenshot if you can.
• Please do not send invoice photos with personal data we don't need.
Report drafts inside the app
«Report a problem» on an invoice page prepares a draft on your device only. The app never sends it to any shop or authority; share it yourself from «My reports».
